Hello! I'm Rivane, a passionate advocate for holistic health and wellness. As a medical doctor turned Holistic Health and Nutrition Practitioner, I dedicate my work to helping individuals embrace sustainable, healthy lifestyles.

My journey toward holistic health began in medicine, where I frequently saw patients struggling with the debilitating effects of chronic diseases like diabetes and hypertension- relying on a long list of medications and assistance. I noticed a troubling pattern: many of these patents were elderly and It had become the norm to expect aging to mean multiple illnesses & dependence on medications. But I knew it didn’t have to be that way. Many of these conditions can be prevented or improved with simple lifestyle changes. I’ve seen people in their 70s and 80s thriving—living independent lives.

Many people wanted to improve their health but didn’t know how to start or couldn’t sustain the changes long-term. Witnessing these struggles inspired me to shift my focus: to empower people to lead happier, healthier, and more active lives at any age.

With a Medical degree, a Master’s in Public Health specializing in Complementary & Alternative Medicine, certification in Holistic Nutrition, and years of experience, I blend conventional medical knowledge with holistic strategies to offer a comprehensive approach to wellness.
