As a medical doctor turned Holistic Health and Nutrition Practitioner, I dedicate my work to helping individuals embrace sustainable, healthy lifestyles. My journey toward holistic health began while practicing medicine, where I frequently saw patients who struggled with the debilitating effects of preventable chronic diseases like diabetes and hypertension. Witnessing these struggles inspired a profound shift in my career focus—to weigh more heavily on empowering persons to lead happier, healthier active lifestyles.

With a Medical degree, a Master's in Public Health, Complementary & Alternative Medicine, and a certification in Holistic Nutrition I blend conventional medical insights with holistic health strategies, offering a comprehensive approach to well-being.
